Last Sunday in October clocks in the UK go back one hour to GMT(Greenwich Mean Time) I think clocks go forward here in the UK on the last Sunday of March (?) again by one hour to BST (British Summertime)
I like the saying which originates in the states I believe to help remember which direction the clocks go in and when:
"Spring Forward - Fall Back"

Yes I agree it is the 29th October, an extra hour in bed, which also means winter is here.
