I think that in specific instances an individual Muslim can trust an individual Christian.

However, there seems to be so much hostility and mistrust between the two religions, as well as a fundamental difference of belief, that I don't think that either one can truly and honestly trust the other. They're too busy bashing and trying to prove "one up" on the other.

Of Course they can. I have so many Christian friends who I totaly trust, and also my Christian doctor, who I trust dearly. It doesn't matter if they are Christian, it depends on the PERSON your giving your friendship. There are good and evil among everyone, despite what religion your in.

If the Muslim is'nt wearing a back-pack and waving a machete around, then the Christian will listen to what he has to say. You have to EARN trust, especially now.

It really depends on the person. Not all Christians are crazy, but some are. You should judge the answer to this question yourself, based on observations on how trustworthy and tolerant the christian in question is.

To build trust it takes years but to break it ...it takes seconds. See, how trustful a person is doesnt depend on their religion.....it depends on their character/personality
