Eat small meals 4 or 5 times a day. Healthy foods, and no alcohol at all. You can still have an attack, but alcohol will lead to an attack for sure.

Watch your sodium (salt) intake. Aim for a low fat diet . And make sure to get adequate protein. Take your weight in kilograms (weight in pounds divided by 2.2) and multiply by 1.3 to get moderate protein needs. Make sure to eat fresh fruits and vegetables to get your vitamins.

Keep a log and see what makes things worse for you.
Certain fibers like apples may make things worse.
Also reduce fat even good fats like olive oil.
