If you haven't already, sit next to her and start talking. Get to know her a little bit. If you have already done this, give her your phone number and tell her you'd really like to talk to her more, and you hope she will call you. Then you can ask her out on the phone.

Dude, all you have to really do is act like she is yours, and play around. Then, keeping it cool, say "Can I have your digets", and she will, if you keep it cool. When she does, in about 3-5 days of talking to her on the phone, and knowing her more and more each day, ask her to a scary movie. She will freak and hang all over you. Then you ask her the day after.
