Is the hooligan a devout Muslim?
The question of moving from one country to another is fairly simple. You adapt to what the new country demands or you go back. Why should they invite you in, because you are so wonderful that they owe it to you? Why did you come? Adopting a new country is like getting pregnant, you can't just do it part of the way.

Well the guy would harass the Muslim woman if he is in a country that doesn’t have a lot of Muslim woman. This is sad because the keeps her self coved for respect and wants only to be known for what’s in her mind and her deen (religion) not for how much skin she can show to get a five sec response. However if it was the girl in the mini it would be the other way around the girl would be ridicule for what she had on.

It would More than likely depend if he was of Muslim origins or western origins. I think that if they are hooligans or ruffians and they are laying in wait to terrorise a female then they have no respect for anyone anyway.

Why because she is reviling a lot of her naked body..asking for a tease ..that's what man do either openly.. or in our minds we tend to imagine when we get a eye full

really depends on a hooligan ........ after all hooligan is a hooligan - might tease them both coz of contrast ......... personally i think neither one of them should be teased and being a muslim woman myself i can only share my experience and tell u that i live in a european country, wearing hejab and never got teased ......... simply coz of respect hejab arouses
