Let me mention, yes I have bleached everything, and I mean everything, brushes, blankets, sheets, the floors and anything else that I could put it.

1st put all stuffed animals in garabage bags do all laundry..but then put mayo in her hair lots if it and tie a bag over her head this will suffocate them and while the mayo is sitting in her hair do alotta hose cleaning best bet is to take all clothes bedding to laundry matt and do it and make sure in dryer for a long time even if some things arent dirty u can throw them in to the dryer ..basically your daughter will be sitting with mayo in her hair and youll be haveing a buisy day then when youve cleaned everything spray the house down with lysol
after you rinse the mayo out use vineger in her hair and use a good fine comb and just keep combing it threw her hair the vineger makes the eggs come out easy ive done this and it works because its not good to use all the shampoos over and over

i left mayo in all morning all the way untill it was getting dark out so it was in about 8 hours ..plus mayo is good for your hair youll see that it works and youll notice real soft hair

I have 3 girls with very long hair and had this issue for 2 years, what a night mare!!! I finaly got rid of them by buying cheap conditoner, a big bottle... drench there hair in it and sleep in a shower cap... wash it out the next morning and go through there hair after it's dry with the nit comb... then 7 days later drench there hair with the conditioner even if you are sure you got it the first time around... if you see any sign of lice, repeet this a week later... this is the only final thing that worked for me... the key is doing this again 2 or 3 trimes to make sure... dont waist any more money on the crap that does not work!

You keep using the shampoo and the lice have grown used to it and it doesn't work. Get ya a big jar of mayo and smother it on your daughters hair. let it sit for 10 mins then wash and use the comb. All the oil in mayo smothers the lice and kills them. You daughters hair will be nice and smooth so the lice should slide right out using the comb. Also get some rubbing alcohol put it in a spray bottle. and spray everything down. all stuff animals put in a plastic bag and just wash everything.

I have heard that flea and tick shampoos for dogs work for lice as well. For you, hair dye would work if that is something you do but I wouldnt suggest it for the kiddos. Also there are aerosol sprays in the section with the hair treatments that you can spray your furnrniture and anything else that cant go in the clothes dryer... but every thing else like stuffed animals and bedding just toss it in the dryer. They cant survive the heat. And yes, with any vacuuming, you must change the bag immediately. You can also tightly tie up things in a garbage bag and leave it for a about a week. They will die with nothing to feed on. Dont forget to treat pets too!

Do you have any animals too? They would also need to be treated.
And it may be time to call in a bug guy to spray your house. And take your kids to a salon for lice treatment. It's better than that stuff you buy at the stores.
Oh and notify the school, church, babysitters, friends, or anywhere else your kids may go to. They may need to do a lice check on the other kids.

Wash hair with coal tar soap. Always works. Need to comb out nits (eggs) with fine-tooth comb as well.

I have heard putting mayonaise on the hair and letting it sit anhour will work. If you keep having a problem, call your dr, they can prescribe something.

Use the nit comb and wash her hair and use lots of conditioner (they cannot cling to it) every day.
