Last week my bf said it during sex and then never mentioned it again. I didn't say anything about it either because he already knows I love him. I just don't say it that often. And today he almost said it again but changed the last part of the sentence. I don't understand what is going on.

I hate to badmouth my own sex.....but sweetheart, I wouldn't bet on it. Do some soul searching, at the same time press him to start telling the truth..........GOOD LUCK............LATER

I wouldn't believe it during the heat of passion, a guy will tell you anything during sex. If he says he loves you any other time (not during sex or fore play), then I would think he does. All you can do is wait and see if he really does.

P.S. He can also show you he loves you in other ways without saying it.

Take care.

Most guys say it because they are in the moment. My boyfriend says it to me in the moment, and on a daily basis. So if he makes an effort to say it, he wants to tell you like you said. He changed the end of the sentence. So that means he wants to say it he is just a little nervous. Just be careful, maybe you should sit down with him and talk to him about it. It might squeeze it out of him.

good luck sweetie!

If a man can't say I love you any other time but just during sex, they usually don't love you. They just love the sex.

Its right up there with the check is in the mail.
Men think if they say they love you you will start looking at rings and wedding dresses. They run scared. It used to be, in the olden days, we at least waited for the guy to say they loved us before we gave it up. Maybe that would be a good thing to bring back.

Hmmm , well some guy just say whatever they think you wanna hear during sex , while other guys have a hard time just saying I love you on random. it would depend on the guy and how long you have been with him ,also how serious the relationship is and your ages.

Although he probably does love you, when he says it during sex maybe its because he thinks its something you need to hear during the act.

my friends and i used to refer to the L-Bomb as the phrase that pays. We didnt drop the L-Bomb often, but opportune times yielded explosive results, i hope you're young enough to disregard the last paragraph in its entirety

nothing said during sex is actionable...if hes editing what he says during sex its not a good sign.
