www.petfinder.com is a good place to start. You can look up breed specific rescue groups also, either Shih Tzu or Silky's. They will have mixes of those breeds as well and they may have the exact mix your looking for.
There are a LOT of advantages from adopting a dog from a shelter or rescue group! They are cheaper than a breeder, they are spayed/neutered, they've had their vaccinations, they have usually been tested for temperament, they've been tested for all diseases, etc. You certainly won't get any of this if you buy from a breeder.
When you buy, a shelter pet will die!

go to petfinder.com.....this is a site for rescue groups.....just enter your Zip code, and be AMAZED at how many great choices you have !!.....i adopted a Great Pyrenees mix from them, and my dog Sylvester is awesome !!.....check it out.....try it.....do a good deed.....adopt a Silky Tzu today !!!.....good luck to you, in your search for a Silky Tzu as a new pet !!!!
