Since God's nature is eternal and unchanging, what do we mean when we say that God made a decision?

From what I understand, the answer to your question goes like this. While God is eternal and He exists outside of time, as events unfold here on earth God's nature has a certain reaction to them at that point in time. It isn't that God changes but that as each moment of time unfolds and comes into contact with God there is a response from God to those events. Since we as temporal and finite human beings are trying to understand an infinite God it is very hard to understand, much less put into words. That's why I recommend the book that I gave you a link to.

God can see all posibilities/outcomes. When God eliminate certain groups of outcomes by taking action to direct eventschoices is God deciding something.

The saying is "It was God's will." Like in the Lord's Prayer....Thy will be done....
That's about all I know.....I have just started practicing Wicca because Christianity wasn't working for me.....but I respect your faith and beliefs.
