i posted a question earlier about Bible Studies for Roman Catholic..I was wondering why dont we have like an email listing right, and we can ask our questions or discuss anything we want concerning the Bible our our religion and also it has to be respectful no name calling or anything. and people from other religion cn come also because i dont beleive in the exclusion...what do you guys think? email me if you want to...thanx!

i wouldnt do yahoo groups because i did it and it was shut down...i was just tihnking about a mailing list.

You're asking if you think it'd be a good idea to have a theological discussion mailing list that all people are welcome to join but with specific rules of conduct to prevent some of the venom that floats around the forum?
I think it's an intriguing idea. Wish I had the bandwidth on my server to support it, but sadly I don't. :( But you could possibly start a Yahoo! Group or a Google group for it (Google's better, Yahoo! has a bad habit of shutting groups down without giving reasons or warning)

I think Yahoo Groups would work great for this and I think it would be smart for you to put a link to your group on your Questions and Answers here and suggest that others in the group do the same. You could have quite a little group in no time.

I think it is a wonderful idea, but I don't know that you can count on mean people staying away. If you do it as a Yahoo!Group, you can moderate. Just set some fair, non-exclusive, but definite rules at the beginning and it will go well.

There are groups you can join on Yahoo. Or you can start your own one. Good luck
