It is more of a metaphor,,saying if your eyes are causing you to sin pluck them dont mean to really do it but to see where it is you need help in...You can always pray and ask God to help in area of life...

This means to take drastic measures not to literally pluck your eye out. And it is good advice.
Do you think the One who gave the advice knows us well?
Yes Christians lust that is why Jesus said that if you look at a woman with lust you have committed adultery with her in your heart. This is an example of how we have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
If you are struggling with lust, take drastic measures. Get rid of your computer!

If you don't rightly divide the scripture you don't understand those verses. The Lord Jesus Christ is offering the earthly kingdom to Israel. He is talking about going through the tribulation where people still have a choice. They can going into that earthly kingdom with one eye. When Jesus is tell the Nation of Israel that statement He had not died for our sins. Now in the age of grace He did it all for us. We are not going into a earthly kingdom but if we have believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins, we are going to heaven and receive a spiritual body that is whole. Mark 9: 47 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire: Philippians 3: 21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

That is in the Old Testament before Jesus died for the sin of all mankind. It also said if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off. If you are going to quote something, read it first.

Yah and in my own written manual it says, to cut the tongue out of the Black Athiest, who is rotten to the core. Your worse then anything that breaths the fresh air, You are so jealous of the Christian men and people that you are pure green. Go suck eggs, you HEATHEN !!
