The disease is called Arthritis when it affects mostly on the joints. The other diseases such as Rheumatoid Arthritis and osteoarthritis also affect the joints. There are more than 100 types of Arthritis and a person may suffer from one or more of them. The doctor would be able to make a thorough diagnosis of Arthritis by checking your medical history, physical examination, laboratory tests and x-rays.

Yup, Arthritis. By the time it freezes up your joints like that, it's pretty severe.

Lyme Disease affects your joints... my little brother had it and he couldn't walk because it hurt him so much.
