After I gain 10 lbs I discover that every morning after waking up I get up on my feet....and it hurts like ...like....too much!
Guess what I am on my 2 week Atkins Diet and I already lost a few pounds and pain is not so strong any more! Few more and I hope the pain will go away.If you gain some, just go on diet.If that's not the case, girl go to Doctor.

I agree with everyone else about going to a doctor but some things you can do at home that wont hurt you...increase your potassium..banana's or even a vitamin supplement can work wonders...also if you have flat feet or high arches can play a big part..my sister actually got an honerable discharge from the Navy for having flat feet...I myself have high arches and there are times when I cant even feel my feet..or have the pins and needles sensations. One more thing and your doctor could help you with this, is a possibility of Diabetes....my mom is type 2 and has those syptoms plus some. I wish you luck and a fast healing.

It is a well known fact, the feet are the most abused part of the body..yet receive the least amount of care. What you describe is possibly a misaligned bone and you have to walk a bit to allow it to ease up.
Would suggest you find a tennis ball or a bottle and roll your feet over it every chance you get. It behooves you to get those feet loosened up a bit. If you cannot get this done satisfactorily, I would suggest you make a few phone calls and see if there is a chiropractor in town who does full body work. They will know what to do.

I'd suggest seeing a podiatrist, which is a foot doctor. You might have a condition called Morton's neuroma, which causes a burning pain between the third and fourth toe. It's a condition caused by a nerve disorder in the foot. I guess you and I will never win foot races, because I have trouble with my feet also. See a foot doctor, and good luck!

only a guess, but it sounds like plantar fascitis, depending on how bad the pain is, its pretty bad with plantar fascitis, go to the doctor, but there are not too many good options there either. Once the tendon actually tears all the way, you'll be fine.

I dont really know what the cause might be, but, i suggest maybe you try and get an x-ray done, maybe you had previously had an internal injury before that took time before it results into the pain.

Ask your Doctor. You should only seek medical advice from a professional.

It might possibly actually be the shoes you're wearing. Do you have high arches and are your shoes supporting those arches?
Talk to your doctor and have him/her refer you to a podiatrist.

You should go see your doctor or a podiatrist. It does sound like you may have injured something or may have plantar fascitis.
