Well, I suppose my answer should deal primarily with "Diet and Fitness".

Christianity most often falls into the "Dispensationalist" category when it comes to "Diet". They would say that the Divine Instructions which G-d gave concerning "clean and unclean" animals to Noah (Gen 7:2) and to all of Israel (including those grafted in) found in Lev. 11. This certainly impacts the fitness of those eating. Consider the test of Daniel given in Daniel 1, when he refuses to eat the unkosher food. Daniel and the others come out healthier than those who ate the unkosher food.

Who said I don't believe in G-d?

I agree with my religion more because mine accepts the Bible as being literally true when it says "Forever O L-RD, thy word is settled in Heaven" (Ps 119:89) and in Num 15:15 it says that there is one ordinance for those of Israel and it includes those grafted in strangers "an ordinance FOREVER through out your generations". Christianity would claim this to be a lie and say that it was only true until Messiah came.

Let me know if you want more information.
