You have to remove the seeds and then send them through a juicer. Make sure to remove any pith before juicing.

the pomegrante is a delicious fruit.
but the work it would take for you, yourself, to make a juice from it
is probably more than you want to bargain for.
Removing the seeds from each little "red thing" will prove to be
annoying and very difficult, tedious task.
Im sure you have had that POM juice, and it is god awful.
Grenadine, most commonly used to make a shirley temple,
is thickened and sweetened pomegranate juice. Maybe take some of the grenadine and dilute it with water and make your juice that way.

You could blitz the seeds with a food processor then pour the lost hrough a sieve or a piece of muslin, if you don't have muslin to hand (and who the hell does ?) a clean J-cloth would do.

The same way you would juice a camel. Just squeeze it until liquid stops coming out.

I would think you blend the pom then sieve it or get a citrus manual blender and cut pom in half and again sieve it., I would imagine you'd need a few poms though! good luck and enjoy
