Honestly, I would have told you that, you needed to try to get into either Annapolis Naval Academy or the Air Force Academy straight out of high school. Now that you have a degree it will be a lot harder to get into one if you even still qualify. Your you have now may be in a field that is not offered at either of the academies. Best thing to do is to get in touch with the academy liaisons, they will be able to give you a better answer. Other than that you may be resigned to going through OCS.

The military academies are to gain a degree and to be come an officer. If you already have a degree you don't need to go a military academy, talk to a recruiter and he can point you in the right direction to become an officer. The recruiter will try to get you to enlist, that's his/her job. Keep the recruiter on point and make sure he knows you want to go through Officer Candidate School. I believe it requires a different sort of recruiter.

If you have a degree you will not normally be considered for admission to one of the service academies.
You can enlist as an officer and be sent through OCS. You must talk specifically to an officer recruiter, not an enlisted recruiter.
Many times enlisted recruiters will tell you that you can join as an enlisted man and apply for OCS. This is true, but only a small number are accepted each year.

No. With a degree you are only eligible to attend OCS/OTS, assuming you qualify and are accepted.
or, you could enlist and then commission as a Warrant or LDO once you have done your time enlisted. Navy Warrants must be E7 or Up, LDOs must be E6 and eligible for E7 Board.
A 4 year degree will net you E3 upon enlistment. into the Navy.
