You can wait until your new hair grows long and you trim your dyed brown or black color back, then dye your hair again to blond.
Or, you can bleach the dark hair and re-dye your hai to blond - However, it certainly will damage your hair a lot!

You could just do a temporary dye to see if you like it.There are the washout kind that only stay in for a few days.That way you dont have to get anything permanent if you dont like it.Good luck

Think you would have to go to a hairdresser to dye it blone - otherwise it might go a really funny colour.

YES BUT BE CARE FULL OR IT COULD TURN GREEN
BLEACH IT AND THEN USE A WARM WASH COLOUR IF IN DOUBT SEE SOMEONE IN THE TRADE
