I used to have bad back pains, neck pains, and calves problems, because I study too much and I dont have time for myself. Ever since my dad went to work from 6AM to 9:30 pm I have been walking to my little sibling school picking her up and walking her back to the house approx. 30 min.
Exercise regularly, eat citrus fruits that are high in vitamin C, drink 2L of tap water, eat herbal veggies, reduced sweets, oils, spiciness, and starch from my body. Most important of all I have to have like 7-7 hours of sleep, sleep as much as I want I slowly healed not to meant those drowsy medicines helps than the non-types. Hope you feel better.

Spinach (calcium)
Oranges (vitamin C)
Red Seedless grapes
Green/Red/Orange/Yellow Bell Peppers
Watermelon
Peaches
Pears
Oatmeal (grain)
Most all fruits.
MEAT:
Heard white meat (chicken/rabbit) is better than red meat (cows).
DRINKS:
GREEN TEA (antioxidant)
Rice milk or Soy milk.
Stay away from fried foods (fast foods), Caffeine!
I think Organic is best way to go, if you can afford it. Farm raised food items without the chemicals!

Fruits and vegtables, beans and nuts, in as natral a state as possible, followed by water, lots of water. Garlic, honey, lemon, ginger. Prevention magazine has lots of recipes.
