sounds to me like it is caused by too much fibre in your diet. Drink lots of water but after you eat and not during your meal. You should never drink any fluid during a meal.

Maybe you're eating too much of the fresh produce. Lots of folks can't tolerate too much, as they can be difficult for some people to digest. Milk and other dairy products often do the same thing. Try cutting back for a while and see if things improve. Have your veggies and fruits cooked or canned instead of fresh, and cut back on the salads. There could be other reasons for your flatulence, so you might want to see your doctor if it continues.

It is the vegetarians dirty secret: flatulance. You need to get the balance right. Veggies on their own are full of cellulose and on their own will fire out of you like cannon shot. Try combining good German bread, brown rice, starchy things like bananas with your diet. Get the balance right and you will flatulate less. Nothing wrong with a bit of meat in your diet too. It all helps to bind things together. Demystify your bowels: if what goes in looks crumbly and watery, then what comes out will probably be so.

ACIDOPHILUS! This is the same ingredient found in yogurt but you could never eat enough yogurt to get the benefits of taking it. You can get it at Wallmart or Drugmart. It may seem like alot but I feel the benefits with about 5 capsules. This good bacteria destroys harmful bacteria in the intestines and replaces it with good bacteria. If you eat alot of fiber it can have the opposite affect on some such as bloating and gas. So can chewing gum and carbonated beverages and milk.

I agree with the Beano answer. Also, once your body gets used to so much fiber, the flatulence diminishes

Try charcoal tablets from a health store or pharmacy. They absorb gases and could relieve your situation, especially in public.
This is a well tried and tested product and really safe to use without any side effects.
Also works on dogs!!

Sulpherous foods cause the worst gas...
Cheese, and as you know many of the healthy foods we eat...Brocolli, Cauliflower, Beans...I don't know all of em' but these are a few.
Go to," Oprah.com", or whatever and check out the "poopie doctor"...
I am serious, my G.F and I just watched one of her episodes and she had the "poopie doctor", he answered all of the most embarassing questions about gas, flage'... and many others.
OPRAH has the answers to this question.
Just find the site...
