As far as I know, @ is called "at" in German.
_ I don't know, maybe "unterschreib".
. is called "punkt"

Also, Jott unterschreib Schmidt at Yahoo Punkt day ay

(It's not .com.de, it's just .de)

I would say it like this:

J underscore Schmidt at yahoo dot com dot "dee" "eee"
