I have cold hands and was tested for lots of things. I was low in iron, but even once back up to normal, I still have cold hands. Cold hands could be a sign of Raynaud's phenomen. If it was a circulation problem, that would mean you had a really slow heart beat. If you have no other symptoms other than cold hands, I would not worry.

It doesn't necessarily mean there is something wrong with you: My hands are cold a lot too. But it could mean your blood pressure is a little low, or that you might have blood circulation problems.

I don't know about any disease that might cuase that but try realxing in a nice long bubble bath or drinking some warm beverage or cuddle up in a blanket or something that will keep you and your hands warm. I think its just because there's no blood coming to your hands

there is a medical condition that can make your hands cold. (can't remember what it's called but my nan had it)
go and see your doc to rule out anything nasty.
I have cold hands and feet - it's just poor circulation and there's not much you can do about it apart from wearing gloves and socks or slippers.

My hands are always cold and nothing is wrong with me. I actually talked to my doctor about it and had tests. You may want to talk to your doctor who can test if you are anemic or have circulation problems. If you are worried, ask your doctor.

I am guessing you are relatively young? And female? Most likely Raynaud's Syndrome, as uncomfortable as it may be it's not really that much to worry about, there are those few.....and rare extreme cases where it becomes serious. Current thought is that it is caused from varying hormonal titers but no one knows for sure.

It doesn't have to mean anything. You could just naturally have cold hands.
But it could also mean you have a problem with your circulation. Tell your doctor about it.
