well apart from the obvious that people are different and therefore like different things, i myself agree with you. women who wear too much make-up look plastics fake and actually more unattractive than attractive. i don't wear any make-up even though encouraged by my peers and friends as i prefer the more natural look.

There are many people who prefer the "granola chick" look to the Pamela Anderson Lee look--and everything in between. Perhaps you're hanging out with the wrong people for you? Or are you commenting on mass media images? Mass media will always go for displaying an image of perfection: and that requires lots of make-up, special lighting, and air brushing.

I think you'll find that most women who appear fresh faced are wearing a certain amount of make-up Mr Bob! I agree that some women wear too much though.

make up makes women look and feel beautiful, and just because you may not like that, it is what they feel best in. also it shows their personality, and who they are, example, woman who where dark heavey make up eyeliner would be seductive, or mischievous, somewhere along those lines, where as to oppse the women who where little or no make up are confident on their nature appearance, and don't need to hide and wantt o be seen for who they realy are and not some made up art work. (i'm that one the art work) so if you like woman with no makeup, good chances are you are a confident person and you are looking for someone just like that. which is not bad! others won't agree cause we all have our own opinions!

I'm not sure- I myself would rather walk around with no make up, but I'm too self conscious because I know people don't prefer the natural look. I think society has just hammered the thought into so many peoples' heads that make up will enhance you and make you beautiful ...naturally gorgeous women are overlooked.

I never wear makeup, but I wouldnt say that women who chose to are wrong. Everyone is an individual and if wearing makeup makes them happy so be it

I am 23 yrs old and never wore make-up at all in my whole life... I always thought if i wore make-up, i might look like a clown and plus i like natural fresh clean face better.

I agree as i do not wear make up,but i guess everyone has a choice and different preferences.All i use is oil of olay

I agree with you m8, makeup on women can look horrible and most of them use it for their own vanity.

Make up is to touch up your face but some people put way too much on and ruin their face.
