hi dear .
u know ,its hunman tendancy that when we r relaxed best of us comeout automatically.
ur problem is actually not exceptional, its always seen that if u don't get that much that u expect ,pepole start getting depressed.
u must undersstand 1 thing that human desire is unlimitted, no 1
in this world is satisfied with what he/she do or get . they always want more & more & more.,so is the case with u . so stop thinking about ur failure or success just carry on ur study. do regular meditation 4 haif an hour ,its my persional experience meditation realy work.do some deep brewathing exersice.
AND TRY TO BE HAPPY EVERYTIME
THIS LIFE IS TOO SHORT BUDDY
JUST DO WHAT MAKES U HAPPY

As soon as you say, “I have a problem.” You are going to have a problem. The fact is you do not have a problem at all…you have been working hard for 2 or 3 months…Christ Anuja! That’s a lot more than most other students put in. Honey, you are going to get through in flying colours…trust me you are on the right track. What you feel is nothing but a case of pre examination butterflies in the tummy. Just calm down, have confidence in yourself, continue the hard work and crack this one with honours!!! YES,YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Exams and Tests

If you think you have depression, your health professional will ask questions about your health and give you a thorough physical exam. He or she may also order other tests such as:

Laboratory tests, to make certain your symptoms are not caused by something else, such as an underactive thyroid gland or anemia.
A mental health assessment, which involves an interview with a health professional.
Written or verbal tests that can detect depression.
Your health professional may ask questions to determine how severely depression might be affecting you, including whether you are having any suicidal thoughts.

If you have ever experienced a period of abnormal happiness, irritability, or intense energy that lasts 4 days or more, be sure to tell your health professional. Manic episodes, or milder hypomanic episodes, along with depression, could mean that you have bipolar disorder. Some types of antidepressant medications can worsen symptoms of bipolar disorder, so it is important to diagnose your symptoms accurately.

Anytime you visit your health professional, it is important to discuss any symptoms that may be caused by depression. About half of all cases of depression are undiagnosed or undertreated.2 Health professionals are being encouraged to ask routine questions about depression at all office visits.

It is not uncommon for young people to feel like you do and there are many reasons. One of the best things you can do is seek the counseling of a good mental health provider, since you cannot fully express what is bother you, it is best to get professional help. Don't worry about things to much, tell yourself everyday that you are good enough, smart enough, whatever to re-enforce positive feelings. Don't tell yourself I can't - that is giving up before you even start, at least say I will try and make the effort, really try.

you are in 9th standerd your age will be 13 or 14 years. I have seen many adwises given to you before.
1. in your age it is quite normle to feal the way you are fealing you can blame hundres of resions for the same but the real culprate is harmonal changes in your body wich is normal for your age.
2. you are on a boder line of kid and adult because of these harmonal changes you will become adult ( grown up) within two years of time.
3. solution to the problem is quite verry simple give a few meniuts every day for concentration.
concentration can be done by many ways like yoga, sothing and light music, try to relacs your self even by a little exercise of a little pray to god but dont give too mauch time for these activities few minites to each is enough.
take kair of your food intake avoid fried and spicy food frouits and grean veg is good for you.
you mite be thinking how could giving time to other things will help you in your study. with a frish and relexed mind you can consentrate on your study more and hence grabe more in less time, you will see by practicing this your mamory will improve. and you will become more organised. hence your result in study will also improve.
bye

Just concentrate on ur study. I hope u will get over the problems. It is too nomal to think that what we read is not enough (Vo kahate hai na more study more confusion no study no confusion). So dont be worry .

Hi I agree with all the suggestions about calming the mind with meditation. I think you might enjoy the bbc site
http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/ which suggests that you vary your revision subjects every 15mins (change subject )to maintain your mental focus. Also keep your blood sugar up, lack of food is not good for concentrating. Good Luck..
