what honda 3 wheeler do i have JH3TB0100cc230148, motor : TB01E2230621?

This is a pull start, the plastic body has a sticker on the left side that reads atv 2oox, looks like this body may be from another 3 wheeler. Is it true the 200x is kick start on 1982. Also looks like the gas tank may be an after market, it is plastic. after I ID. this 3 wheeler I'll be able to move on and purchase a repair manual. Thank for any help.

sounds like a BIG RED without seeing it i cant tell ya for sure though.
