Sometimes I get a lot of foot cramps. What causes them and how can I get relief?

not sure what causes them but walmart sells feet cramping pills they work good

I have the identical drawback. My health practitioner advised me it was once from dressed in top heels and probably loss of potassium. He stated that a few humans are simply extra susceptible to cramping than others and that I am probably the most unfortunate ones. However, I have not been in a position to stop top heels but. I attempt to consume bananas tho! Good success. I wish you uncover an answer!
