Is it possible to put all of these people on permanent ignore? Their potentially intelligent comments get ignored by people who want to avoid being screamed at.
Is this a fashion in America?
Does it mean anything besides yelling?

They never cultivated the art of penmanship by learning cursive writing, so they are trying to distinguish themselves in some way other than just regular priinting which everyone and anyone can do. But your question proves that the style they have chosen is not distinctive at all.

It's not "yelling," and it's very rude for you to call people idiots for a benign reason like this. Some people type in upper case just because they don't want to bother with capitalizing (they may not be the best typists). Others cannot see as well, and caps are easier to see. Be nice!

I think it could be many reasons, after all there is a vast difference in personalities and nationalities etc.. on this site. Maybe it's laziness and don't forget the race to get the answers in. Whatever the reason doesn't necessarily mean that they are screaming! Peace!

We are idiots? Some of us can't see as well, if you have perfect eyesight, then la-de-daw. It doesn't always mean yelling. There are times I have to type in caps so I can see what went up on the screen. Some of us are near-sighted, we all can't have perfect vision, you must be one of the lucky ones.
Put yourself in someone's shoes who is near-sighted, then you'll find out how terrible it is. I also have epilepsy & curventure of the spine, can u iminage how rough of a life I must have?
HOW DO YOU LIKE THIS? HUH? DOES THIS IRRITATE YOU?

i hate when people consider it to be yellin, its writen/typed, not said, they are probly the kind of people who always get ignored when they try to bring up a point, so they try and catch your attention with caps, it is not yellin, you cant yell thru text

WELL I JUST KEEP MY COMPUTER LIKE THIS I JUST LIKE TO DO IT BUT I GUESS IT couldent hurt to turn it down a few notches but i hardly consider it yelling i think its just a better way 2 get out wat ur saying

It bothers ME too----so I just scroll past and never read them. So if they think they are getting attention, it is certainly backfiring!
