Get it cut to a shoulder length style. Then layered and flipped at the ends. I always see this style as cute when i see it

well it sounds a bit like my hair was. i got mine cut to just longer than shoulder length and donated what was cut off to charity, Locks of Love. You can visit their webstie on www.locksoflove.org, and on the website they give you hairstyle ideas. i got mine layered and shaped round my face however i didn't have a fringe, it is your coice though.

Do I detect some anti-blond sentiment here? I think you would look smashing with a sort of short, sassy cut.

Dye it brunette, don't cut it and be 25 plus! That way you've got a husband with a good income!

not wanting to cut much doesn't leave many choices other than layering it... tapering the sides... adding some long bangs... if you want a change... color is a good choice... have some low lights streaked thru it... to give it some deminsion...
hope this helps...

I would recommend a cut about the shoulder length, you can occasionally curl the ends so it creates the "FLIP" look. that cut never does wrong.
