I keep relaxing or perming my hair. But every time I do it, it cuts. I stopped perming my hair, and it didn't grow. Any ideas, or ways to grow my presious hair?

hair only grows a 1/2 inch a month... stop all chemical services and let it rest... condition often... go get some hair extentions so you can leave your natural hairs alone for awhile...

Sometimes hair will just stop growing at a certain length.

just leave it alone for about 6month keep it conditon and wear it in a natural style for awhile and it will grow back
