I don't believe in Jesus, I don't believe in the devil, I don't believe in this mother nature crap, wicca? hell no. witchcraft? please, someone put a spell on me...yeah right. So sick of all these people trying to ACT like they can cast spells and do all this other crap. Your a NORMAL human like me. You cant float in the air or bind someone with string and a stick...or however you say you can do it, I don't believe anything the bible says, its been translated many times from different languages over hundreds of years. Its like the times in grade school when you whisper something to someone, it goes around the room and when it gets to the end your message is all twisted..Had to get this off my chest. Tired of people trying to push religion on me. What do you think? Am I wrong? Prove it...don't talk about it, show me a miracle...what has happened to you? Did you see bread fall from the sky? Did you cast a spell on someone? See the devil? please...lol

Some of you want to know what I do believe in? I belive in freedom, life, being a good person. I don't need 10 commandments for that. I see religion as one of the biggest cults around. You have all these people who are not suppose to judge yet they do....just as you are judging me now. thats not very CHRISTIAN like...but who am I to tell you that right? I don't believe...I'm going to burn forever...hell no. My father died and was brought back to life 15 mins later.. He didn't see any light at the end of the tunnel. No gates to walk through. No fire beneath him. Nobody has. Ofcourse you can believe what you want to but don't push your cult believes on other people. If they want to come to church and give their hard earned cash to a guy in a suit, let them make that choice on their own.

Ummm, the answer is 24! Belgrade? 1776??
Sadly, the responses to your post--at least up to now--seem to make your point for you. The majority of those responded who seem to think of themselves as being "Christian" have been judgmental and condescending, not caring and helpful. I suspect that even the one who said he/she would pray for you is actually smugly taking a swipe at you, believing he/she has all the answers --when nothing could be further from the truth.
I know some true Christians who are wonderful, caring, engaged people. But too many think of themselves as being members of an exclusive club atop a hill.
It'd be nice to see religion become more of a positive force, more often seeking to understand and help others instead of condemning them.

I think that whatever we believe, that is true for each of us. Thoughts become things, so pick the good ones. The Wiccan who protects herself by binding another mobilizes her own personal power - she knows that she is now safe, and so she is, because thoughts become things. The same spell will not work for you, if you do not believe it - just like a cross in the hands of an Athiest is worthless.
You are right, that no one has a right to push their religion upon you - but if you believe in being a good person, perhaps you can take a minute and try to see their motivation through the best possible light. There are those Christians who really do believe in hell and really feel pain at the idea that you or I would have to endure that, when it is so easy to make it not so - they truly think there is something that we don't understand and they persist in trying to help us. It is easy to find it annoying or to think they are doing it to get more money for their church - but a good person can surely look for good in everything, right?
Miracles do happen every day. My sister has been having financial difficulties and her husband awoke one morning so worried about money that he just didn't think the family would eat that day. My sister said "Don't worry. Believe that we will be taken care of and it will happen. There is money just around the corner for us" (incidentally she is Pagan). Within an hour there was a knock on their door as a friend came by to repay some money he had owed that was forgotten - the money arrived.
Now some would say "That is god answering a prayer" or "That is a miracle" or "that was really lucky" - but I would say that is strong personal power, manifesting right before her very eyes. No matter what you say about it, it's the same thing, good fortune.
Peace!

You have a destinct lack of respect. I too don't believe in the Devil, or God and the Bible is basically chineses whispers gone wrong. But that doesn't mean that I don't respect what other's choose to believe in...
So what? Some girl think's she's a witch and she can cast spells, and finds inner pease in the three-fold effect etc etc...She's happy, her spells won't work, so they won't do anyone any harm.
Leave them alone! Also your string of question's at the end sujjests, that even though you say you don't beleive you still have doubts. Asking for a miracle is the least likley way to get one. Miracle's are everywhere.
'A miracle is a single mother looking after her children whilst still managing to forge a career for herself' - Bruce Almighty.
Miracle's are NOT water turning into wine, raising the dead etc etc...They are the simple everyday thing's that we overcome as human's. Stop searching for an almighty being who'll guide you through life's trouble's and find the compassion and love within yourself to be a better human being.
***
Just read your add on, and I realise you're not searching as I thought you were. Nor are you as disrespectfull as I orginally thought. Sorry If I read that wrongly...It's just the way it seemed. I whole heartedly agree with you, and second the motion that you receive a medal.

I don't intend to preach to you at all. Let me just start by saying that you will never find real peace in your life without the Lord. I have not had bread fall from heaven or any big drastic thing "out of this world " happen to me but I wake up each morning, I am kept safe on the road, my children and husband are kept safe as well. I have seen many times when we did not know where our next meal would come from and the Lord provided. We are all the same in this life ... sinners. No one person is a greater sinner than another. We all deserve the same but the grace of God covers our sins and in return only wants us to love him and have a personal relationship with him. Don't try to understand anything other than God loves you just as you are and if you were the only person left on this earth he would come again and shed his blood just for you that is how important you are to him. The rest is everyday living!!!

Even if you do not believe in Jesus, He believes in You, Robert. He is the only living Savior. Nobody can push this onto you. Why don't you ask Jesus to reveal Himself to you, become your Savior, change your disbelief. He will do it. He said, Blessed are those who have not seen, yet believe. Jesus gave His life's blood for you as a sacrifice for your sin. So, see, He is calling you to Salvation. I believe you want to believe. Like I said, He believes in you. So receive Him today. You will find out in an instant, "He is very real." I received Jesus as my Savior years ago, and the miracle He blessed me with is peace, joy, love, and eternal life.

keep on exploring, researching, learning, and maintian the level of intelligence you have now, while always improving. you will continue through life smart, aware, logical, and not given to falling for silly cult myths.
cheers!
"Lady Ettejin of Wern", below, think that you have to belong to a cult like christianity to be comfortable about death, or even to be nice to people. does anyone here think that makes sense, or that the only way you can be nice to people is to belong to the christian cult?? where does THAT make sense??

Each person has to find what he believes in. I notice that you didn't say that you don't believe in God. That is a starting point for you to find out what you can have faith in.

Wowzers!
Someone put salt in your coffee instead of sugar?
Your beliefs are fine. My beliefs are fine. Wiccan beliefs are fine. Christian beliefs are fine...
If you believe the message to be twisted, you need not heed it.
