Ok, so heres what you do

1) stay on a diet (doesnt mean starving your self )
2) cardio
3) light weight training

1)

Staying on a diet means eating healthier and not eating junk foods, err eat less of whats bad, im sure u no wuts bad for u

burn more than u consume

eat more protein which helps ur motabolism i heard calcium helps as well

stay away from carbs because if you dont use that energy the carb will store the fat/energy into ur body for later use

so too much carbs is not good

eat small meals like 5-6 times a day instead of 3 big meals, which will help ur metabolism

2)

cardio = running, jumping rope, jogging, biking, sports anything that will get ur heart pumping and sweating

at least half an hour a day. and stick to it dont be lazy

you can do this while watching tv and it will make time go by much quicker

remember to stretch before and after to prevent any injuries

3)

light weight training, maybe 5 or 10 lbs is good

it will help tone up ur arms, and legs so that u look slimmer, feel better. and have more energy to do everyday activities

search google: dumbell exercises

( once u get ur dumbells )

thats pretty much it

stay on the diet, dont eat big meals, and dont starve urself either

eat healthy

along with that do cardio to help burn off excess fat

and weight training is very good in burning off calories also

but if u gain weight but ut doing everything i told u to its because ur building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat

Good Luck

I really did lose 15# in a week or two but cutting out all carbs. And if it's not long term, any fad diet will help you lose weight for a month's period of time. Why does everyone wait til the last minute to have to lose the weight?? Anyway, my suggestions are:
1- cut out carbs (see a low carb website) especially if you are a sugar addict
2- try a cleansing fast a week or two before the big day
3- amp up your metabolism with lots of aerobic exercise, weights and spicy foods
4- Don't cut back your calories below 1000 less than you are doing today.

Good luck.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Shedding pounds is a long term project, excess weight needs to be burned as gradually as it was gained.
Try consuming a wee bit less then burn off a little bit more, and be constant.. exercise just about every single day whilst not overdoing it however keep on over time, perhaps four years.
Hope I helped, drive safe out there!

Live with someone who has been brought up in a healthy environment. One of my mates is obese because his parents were raised eating bad food and now they've brought it upon him, he hasn't lost any weight after 3 years of going to the gym 4 times a week.

It's too hard trying to lose weight by yourself. You need help from others

It really depends on how much you weigh, but 15 pounds in one month is possible. Eat WHOLE foods (closest to how they grow), water, and do cardio for 30 minutes every day. Lift light weights three times a week. Stay healthy! Good luck!

Shedding pounds is a long term project, body mass has to be burned as slowly as it was accumulated.
Try to eat a small amount less then consume a little bit more, and be persistent... practice it each and every day whilst not overdoing it just keep on progressively, perhaps 1/2 years.
good luck!!!
