I would suggest a trail hair appointment for the bride ONLY. I did not like how my first updo turned out.
Since they are bridesmaids and have an idea of what they want, it should be fine NOT to do a trial.

I'm assuming you are having a trial run - most brides do - nothing worse than things going wrong with the bride on the day. I have to admit that the whole of my family recently had a trial run on the hair in the week before the wedding and we were only the grooms family - the difference being that my youngest son started going out with a hairdresser two weeks before the wedding and she did it all at home for us.
Probably what you need to do is to ask if you can just pop in with them - it's not always possible to do everything with every sort of hair - it just depends on how simple the style is.
Let the hairdresser see their hair and listen to what they'd like - she will then be able to tell in an instant whether what they would like can be done with their hair. It's no good if they have very fine straight hair and want instant ringlets, they need to know their style will stay put long enough to look good when the photos are being taken. If it looks bad in those they last forever!
If it can't then she can explain that before the wedding and suggest the closest alternative at the time so no upsets on the day - they wouldn't charge you for the advice, they'd be only too pleased to help after all they've got all your custom on the day and it's their reputation at stake.

If they want it, then great, let them set it up on their own. You have WAY too much to worry about that, and shouldn't pay for it. If you don't care how their hair is for the wedding, then let them deal with it. Some brides get rather picky, and want a certain "look" for their wedding, and just have 1 or 2 stylists do all the bridesmaids hair in similar styles, in which case the bride should pick up that expense, or if she's expecting the bridesmaids to pay for that, it should be communicated WELL in advance. If that's your case, I would say you should have just your maid of honor have a trial appointment. I wouldn't have all of them, because of time and money issues. Good luck with what you decide!

I think the bride is the ONLY one that should have a trial hair appointment. The bridesmaid will have nice looking hair no matter what , because the bride should be the STAR. I think it is a waste of money.

Sure they can have a trial appointment as long as the bride pays for it. Asking the bridesmaids to pay to get their hair done twice is ridiculous.

I would say it's a waste of money. If they have a picture of what they want, chances are that's pretty close to what they'll get. It's expensive enough to be a bridesmaid without having to dish out extra money on a trial run.....

i was a bridesmaid at my bros wedding and all the bridesmaids had trial hair and make up - it was worth it because some didint like how it turned out from the pic and nor did the makeup and it also helps if there going to have flowers in there hair.....our stylist told us where the flowers could go and how they would look at different angles

i was a bridesmaid recently, and just 1 bridesmaid volunteered to have the trial so we knew the hairdresser would do it as we wanted it. No point all sitting in the chair and paying for it especially if all the bridesmaids are having the same hairstyle

A waste of money.
I would suggest that the bride gets a trial hair appt though, then the stylist will know exactly what is supposed to happen.
If the bridesmaids look broke *** that is alright because the bride is the one that really matters.

Since they have pictures of the style they want, I really don't see a reason for them to make an appointment for a trial run. As long as they are going to a reputable salon, they should be fine. As the bride, you might want a trial run, unless you also have a picture of the style you want.
