In the US, the Fiqh Council of North America and ISNA have declared that Eid-al-Fitr is on Monday, October 23.

It depends on the sighting of the New Moon. Which is likely to be today for you guys in the US. In the UK we've sighted the New Moon, so Ramadhaan has finished and the next month has begun.
