/ If you are near a saltwater lake or ocean, take the plunge. The effects will sting a lot, but the high level of salt will be excellent for the pores. After that, take a relatively cool shower, and put dry toothpaste (not a gel) on the pimples, but do not rub hard. Lightly massage the toothpaste (which can not harm if left overnight) onto your pimples. Put two clean pillowcases over your pillow, and put a clean towel down over the bedsheet area which is under the pillow. Make sure your hands are very clean before you go to bed. Here is a website with home remedies (ie. potato wedges), as well as more medical information about acne and pimples...

I know it will be hard, but try not washing your face with anything for a week, just with water. Keep your hair out of your face, or make sure it is clean if it touches the face, throughout the week. The skin on your face might just be having an overload oil-producing problem. Sometimes products dry out the skin too much. When the skin on the body is stripped of it's natural oils too much, then the pores go on "make-up" mode, and produce more oil to make-up for the oil being lost. Oil is the body's natural conditioner. But when the skin gets too dry from products, too much oil can be produced, causing irritation of the skin and pimples to form. Avoid products that dry your skin, and stay clear away from perfumey products.

Believe it or not, the best thing (and quickest, easiest and cheapest) you can do to get rid of pimples (or acne or any other blemish) is applying urine to your face. It really works and everyone who tries it gets amazing results. And of course, using this method is not only the best, but you don't have to buy ANY products! Just pee in a cup and dab some drops of it on the pimples a couple times a day or so, every day, until they're gone! You can also rub it on your face or other parts of your body to make wrinkles disappear, and to give you a good complexion and super-soft skin (it's the best moisturizer).
You probably think I'm joking. But no - I'm very serious! People new to this concept ("urine therapy" or "uropathy") usually think it's disgusting and unreal! It might be hard to get used to at first, since we are made to believe that urine is just a waste that our body rejects (therefore they see it as gross and don't want anything to do with it). But urine is very sterile and contains no bacteria or toxins. (In fact, you can even wash your laundry with urine, and people do!)
Urine is made up of:
95% water
2.5% urea
2.5% mixture of hormones, salts, minerals, etc.
Urea is the component in urine that is so good for your skin. It works so well that they add urea to facial products and acne products! Also, urine therapy is a secret that many models have, because it makes your skin so attracitve!
So try it and I bet you it'll work! Good luck!

Wash your face at least 2x a day.
Try this:
1. Wash your face well.
2. Soak a clean washcloth in hot water and rest it over the pimples for at least 5 minutes.
3. If you want to pop any whiteheads, you may do so.
4. Wash face again.
5. Apply a washcloth soaked in cold water or ice to the pimples. This will shrink the pimples, making them less visible. They should be gone in 1-2 days.
I hope I helped!

all the suggestions below will cause scarring on your face if you rip of a pimple. first you should try a frozen spoon on the pimple. leave the frozen spoon on until its not cold any more. than there should be a white tip on the zit. With tweezers pull that out, (the white head is what is the bad stuff) than immediately put neosporin on it to help scarring

When you have acne it’s really important to keep your skin clean and to have a healthy diet, so drink lots of water (and green tea!) and exfoliate once a week (twice if you have oily skin) with a paste of honey, lemon and sugar. For creams to use, look up the Monsia skincare line, they have everything you need to keep your skin clean and to clear and brighten it up. They give you the moisturizer (with sunscreen), toner, cleanser and night repair cream. If you use all that and exfoliate and eat properly then your acne will disappear, I know because that’s what I did.

wash your face every night & morning, but if you're a common teen, like me, you'll probably have to buy some products, if you want them to go away for good. like i went to my doctor and she gave me a perscription for acne medicine, & its been clearing up.

Kill them with a knife.
LOL!
Okay, use toothpaste.
It dries them up.
Also, you can apply lemon juice on your face. It helps as the acids will penetrate through to kill the bacteria. =)
DRINK LOADS OF WATER!
