Neither party is elaborating on their 'plans' or our concerns about this.
In spite of this being a monumental issue for the U.S. citizens I fear it will be ignored by our representatives, they will spend years arguing about trivial issues and once again the citizens concerns will be ignored.
Once the election is over will it be our interests or theirs that they care about.
It will be interesting to see how quickly they will sweep this under the rug thinking we will forget about it. When it gets beyond repair they will blame each other and of course they will need to tax us further to fix it.

This is an issue everyone should consider in voting. Many candidates are actually for amnesty and allowing illegals to collect Social Security benefits. There are a couple of these persons running in my area.

No, that's why citizens groups and individuals have to do it. That's why the Minutemen started. It's a patriotic citizen's group that wants to help secure our borders through legal means.
Individuals need to start turning in employers who hire illegals.

I think that more people from the Republican Party is doing more than the Democrats. Thanks to the Republicans in the House we have the Bill to build the fence in the border. If either party don't do nothing about this invasion then we the American people have to vote undependable and vote for the ones that are pro Americans, the rest out.

I'm sure before the elections ,either the mid term or the 2008 elections. There will be a crisis of major proportions that will be to distract the voters away from the real issues.
The smoke and mirrors and slight of hand magic of the politicians will always try to take voters attention away fro the real life issues. They all will make promises and tell you sugar coated lies ,but promises aren't contracts of guaranteed change. Its always been "Tell the suckers what they want to hear" while their hand is deep in the tax payers pockets..Remember a couple of sayings from the XFiles......
Trust No One...and The Truth Is Out There .......

YES
Because both parties do care about votes and it's the Americans that are voting not the illegal aliens.
Let's see if America has woke up or not and let's see if they want to give their Country away to some 3rd world peasants!

The border will be closed only when we are physically attacked by somebody from that bordering country.
What nobody seems to realize is that coming illegally into our country, wasting our resources, contributing to our inflation and keeping our wages down is a form of economic terrorism.

No, I really do not believe that either of the parties actually understand the majority of Americans want our borders secured and our immigration laws enforced. So therefore, I will have to vote on other issues.

No I do not believe any party has the best interest of the people. The dilemma I face every election, vote for the best one who promises to do what their campaign says, and wait patiently for actualization. I have hope.

I hate to have this attitude but I don't think either of them gives a damn about the American people. They are only interested in the votes. Period.

honestly there are a number of events obtainable... that run in many of the elections.... a number of those events have even made a splash dent into the politcal technique.... indexed below are the matters with "third events" the main important subject is a president can win without a majority vote... this happend in 3 out of the final 4 presidential elections: Bush in '04' grew to become into the firest president considering Bush Sr gained in 88 with a mojoirty.... Clinotn in "ninety two and in ninety six' had below 50% of the votes.. same with Bush in "00". right this is the explanation why they gained with the minority..... a third party which in therory is a competent thought, it honestly hurts the folk who vote for them. in ninety two and in ninety six the third party grew to become into Ross Perot... Perot grew to become into greater of a conservative then a Liberal.. alot of people who voted for Perot are people who have been uninterested with the republican party. And the two did a "protest vote" or honestly thought that Perot could win. So the Perot electorate could had maximum possibly voted for Bush in his relection campaign.. despite the fact that in the event that they did no longer and he lost, and we've been given clinton, a similar concern happend to Dole with Perot working lower back in ninety six. What injury gore in 2000 grew to become into Nadar. lower back nadar grew to become into greater of a leftiest so he took away votes from gore... that injury gore, and he could have gained the elction if it wasn't for Nadar. What people ought to do whilst they're uninterested with the two events.. is to alter the party from interior.. so in case you think of Bush is spending too lots money on social classes.. too lots pink meat, then as a conservative, you ought to no longer run against him, you ought to connect the party, and initiate off wining elections and initiate off wining primaries.... thats the way you alter the party...
