Has anyone ever enjoyed cheese curd or croghan bologna?

It's a northern Ny thing......it's soooooooooo good!

I've been eating it since I was little and the best I ever had was the cheese curd my sister made on her small farm. Squeaky fresh. I lived in Mass. 35 yrs. ago and it was illegal but it's all pasteurized now so it's probably okay enjoy

We cheeseheads love our cheese curds! Back in the day, we'd dip them in beer batter and fondue them right at the table!

Oh yes! Fried cheese was an awesome snack in Iowa. "Squeaky" cheese was hard to find, but when I could, it was great. Who can turn down cheese??
