Run. bike or spin, walk, do stairs, eat right (count calories) and give it time. nothing happens overnight and there is no miracle fat burner

To get rid of fat on the legs, try walking or running for a little exercise routine during the week. Try doing exercise that involves moving the legs a lot, like dancing, walking, running, riding your bycycle, and make sure to have fun doing it :) You will see a difference.

You cannot spot reduce body fat. As you lose weight, the fat will come off wherever your body thinks is appropriate.
In a water fasting thread at Kimkins.com one girl posted that she lost the fat around her knees (that bulge) on day 3.
