I have a medical background and wouldn't even give you advise without seeing you. That could be a sign of a lot of different things. Go see your local doctor and have them look at you, not a bunch of us internet people who don't know you.

It could be an ulcer or heartburn. Have you tried taking any over the counter acid reducers such as Zantac? I'm not sure how old you are, but do heart problems run in your family? Not trying to scare you, but if it is unbearable maybe you should go to the ER.

It could be from your toothbrush but it depends on where in the mouth your getting them. They are caused by stress or feeling run down, its your body's way of saying SLOW DOWN!!! If they are present for more then two weeks then see your dentist, he might need to investigate further, but either way don't worry about it or you'll get more!!!!!
