even after you take a shower? that always wakes me up and motivates me...

this is not a great question for this...there are so many factors...we don't know if you get drunk every night...or get high..or whats in your diet...or if you don't get enough sleep...could be the position you sleep in...

best thing it to talk to a dietician or a doctor, and be honest with what you consumer

one thing i can say, don't eat for at least an hour before you go to sleep...if you do, when you go to sleep, your body is using energy to digest the food isntead of storing the energy for the next day

Get your thyroid and iron levels checked via a lab. Don't overdo it on iron supplements, that can make you feel tired too. How is your quality of sleep? Go online and find recommendations for the best room temp, etc to get a quality night's sleep. However, you might have hyperthyroidism and want to get that checked out if you have such a high metabolism...
