my face looks swollen people say it is because of water retention. is there is any excercise to reduce the flesh on my face. i am 42 years old male.

Am I understanding your question correctly? You can probably do this through liposuction...or by smothing meth. Have you seen people after they've been on meth for a while? Yuk.

Bloating and water retention is a sign of various problems. Try drinking a lot of water...this flushes the system. Also, cut back on salt and salty foods. If this doesn't work after a week or two...go to the doctor and find out if there is a medical reason for this retention. If not, you are stuck. Also, if you are overweight it could just be a matter of becoming more active....Drink lots of water!!!

First off, stop eating late at night. Second off, youse a small ball like bath ball or tenis ball under your chin and press it by opening your mouth up while still graping it between your chin and neck then release then press it again in the same way..it's great exercise for reducing the fat from face and chin. For face ex. you can move your face left and right slowly. open your mouth as much as you can like" a Lion" and it's actually called lion scream in yoga. Hope this help.

i know this many sound weird, but the more water u drink, the less water retention. your face gets bloated with water because when you don't drink enough, your body thinks that you can't get access to enough water and starts storing it, instead of getting rid of it. so if u drink more water freqently, your body will keep getting rid of it, hence your face will not be bloated anymore

Eat well,
Exercise more.

Try to massage ur face. It helps.

Also, u can drink some apple cider vinegar, great for losing weights.

Take more fruits and veggies, don't eat fatty stuff.

You can still take noodles, bread and rice, but eat LESS.

DRINK LOADS of water.
=)

and cut down on sweet stuff.

Drink a lot of water, try to drink 6 glasses a day at least. Your skin could just be dehydrated.

cut out the fatty carbs in your diet. No bread, pasta, rice or potatoes. You'll see results in a week.

if you lose weight it may help but only if you need to lose it.. also facial exercise scrunch your face up in any way and this all tones your facial muscles..plenty of smiles too helps as your moving your muscles also,..head up and keep smiling
