AW is right. THere is only one God in three seperate persons. Pray to God. Please pray for those who think this is a fatal biblical flaw. The Bible is the truth, whether or not we can fully understand it. One way it has been explaned is like one pie with three flavors. Each kind is seperate and difined but all are part of the one pie. Do not start worshipping pies : )

You mean pray TO three Gods? We don't.
Father, Son and Holy Ghost are one. The best analogy I know is of water. It exists in three forms - liquid, solid or vapor - at different temperatures. Each form has its own characteristics and they can coexist. But they are all still water.
No analogy is perfect and we may never completely understand how God can be three persons. But this clears it up some.

We don't pray to three gods, there is but one God, the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit is the same essence.
This may not be the best example but you are body, mind and soul.

There is only one God.
If you are playing word games about the Trinity, the Trinity is God.
the Father, the Son, The Holy Spirit = Trinity > God (3 in 1)
READ THE HOLY BIBLE> KING JAMES VERSION
It doesn't use the word Trinity, that's a word Christians use in our Religion, but the Bible talks about God being the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit.

We don't pray to three, we pray to one. You are talking about the Holy Trinity: one god, three divine persons - God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

I am no christian, but that is truly a polytheistic religion. They never just have divinity for ONE. It is either jesus, the father, or holy spirit. 3 divinities. And one can argue that they are one and the same, but the next day argue that they are not. HHHmmm? To have more than one GOD is polytheism. Plain and simple. At least other religions don't hide the fact that they worship many GODs, demi GODs, or aspects of GOD. PEACE!

Easy. The Christians pray to one God; i.e. the trinity, God the Father, God theSon, and God the Holy Ghost; to use an analogy a team.

for? not sure I would say Chrsitians pray for GOd
although they might pray FOR his kingdom to come and His glory
in any case... Chrsitians do not have 3 gods.
they have One God
Three persons with one nature
One God in three persons
the phrase ONE GOD in the Old testament allows diversity ina unity... hear oh Israel our GOd is one GOd... EHAD... a composite unity... like "the two shall become one flesh" the fist maarriage a composite unity... like one clump of grapes... or other componsite unity... this is different than an indivisible monolithic unity
it remains one God, one in essense/nature and three in persons
as a glipse into what this means... ok....think of TIME as a trinity past pressent and future... past present and future are all tied together... they are all time... they have the same nature but are different coeternal things
think of space... length width and height.. a coequal trining of dimansion
think of things in the universe they have energy, momentum and state all coexistant
so in a sense we see a universe with comprized of coeternal coexistant and cequal things... would it be a surprize if the God who made it might be one essence seen in three persons coeternal coequal and coexistant????
