who would be the one to receive the spell.
If it were my hair and I offended someone - and they made a doll with it - I could understand.

But if I donate my hair and someone and they offend and a voodoo doll is made with that hair - does the spell get placed on me or to the person who will be wearing my hair that did the offending?

To Nelly - I happen to be an editor and I do enjoy writing on the side. Every now and then an idea comes to mind - but will I pursue it... maybe.

But think about it - and I don't mean as a "real" question - but pose the thoughts - you own something - even though you've given it away, your essence is still there... so who really owns it in the end?

But I like to voodoo twist.

I guess you aren't a fan of horror books....

Jamilah Angela Mav think on this for a minute.
Mav don't think you need to worry. The hair would belong to the person the wig belongs to.

who would make a voodoo doll against a kid with cancer?

and if you offend someone, the kid will not be hurt--the loas, or "voodoo gods" are very protective of children

Oh, my.

Please do not let such a nonsensical concern prevent you from donating your hair.

Any curse you may receive through voodoo will be nullified by your act of love!

wow. thats... well weird. locks of love only makes wigs for people who have cancer, so they aren't stricken by their appearance. It just makes them feel normal. and someone with cancer, with no hair, won't use thier wig just to make a non-working,black magic, voodoo doll. besides even if they did. they dont work!
