Sure its a good name. We'll place it next to the Spicey Sausages. At the very least, if the oysters don't serve to be an effective aphrodesiac, perhaps the menu will. :)

Great name!!! Menu reads:
Great Balls of Fire - these crispy tidbids will shake your nerves and rattle your brains. We take only the finest, freshest boor cullions available, and broil them ever so delicately over an open flame. Take care, too much can drive a man insane. Goodness, gracious!!

I think some of your answerers do not know what Rocky Mt. Oysters are exactly.....lets just say you do not get them from the ocean!

I think it would be hilarious! Even though I would never(YUCK!) eat them, I think the name is fitting for flame broiled or even if they were going to be spicy. I don't think everyone knows, that you're referring to testicles and not actual oysters.

Depends on what type of restaurant and who your clientele will be.
A sports bar it would be funnier than anything but an old-lady-after-church place would probably not go over too well. But those old ladies shouldn't be eating oysters anyway (wink)

Very clever. But it does sound like a spicy food. I agree with the person who said it depends on your clientele. At a bar or pub, it would be funny. At a formal steakhouse, not so cute.

i think it would sound as if your oysters are really, really spicy and unless they are, chose a different name.
