I think I know what you mean when you say you eat "alot" of raisin bran lol Cut back on it, and it'll be better for you, it will keep you regular for sure! Everything is good for us in moderation, it's when we go "overboard" we get in trouble. I'm thinking that you are eating this instead of some meals? Be sure you eat a good breakfast, eat a good lunch (like subway for example) and have a good dinner, try to have a salad with lunch or dinner for roughage, you can have lettuce on your sandwich. Eating this instead of some meals is not a good thing, as your body needs more nutrients than fiber and sugar. Eat it for one meal a day, this would be best.

Raisin Bran has the highest content of daily iron out of any cereal. It has more iron than a steak. That's great for woman and iron is essential for everybody. The bran is so great for your digestive system and the potassium in the raisan is good for you too. You should get your iron levels checked even if you are a guy. High iron levels are not good either. I wouldn't worry about the sugar. If you eat a lot of it, use skim milk or at least 1%. Otherwise you may find you will gain weight and it won't be the sugar to blame.

Maybe it is not the last of the raisin bran that is the problem, but a continued trend of "lack of consideration" or even growing trend of "me, myself, and I". Don't give up on her without seeking professional help first - talk to a marriage counselor. You loved her once and she loved you - give it every chance !!

Yes, your body doesn't need all that sugar. Sugar will be converted to fat if unused, and you will look like a sausage before long.
