Honey contains some minerals and nutrients that table sugar doesn't. It depends a lot on where the bees collect pollen, that's why there's different kinds of honey like clover, alfalfa, etc.

People on low carb diets like Kimkins don't eat honey or sugar.

Honey also has antiseptic properties. In the old days it was applied to cuts to keep them uninfected.

because sugar might sometimes have little nats in sugar after shipping, There are tiny little bugs, they will not hurt you, However, People dont like sugar soo they perfer honey instead, Besides, Honey helps the medcine go down if you are sick

HONEY IS NOT ORGANIC LIKE PEOPLE THINK..BEES AREN'T THAT SMART YET.

HONEY ADDS CERTAIN MINERIALS/VITA THAT SUGAR DOES NOT.

HONEY IS HEALTH BUT CAN OVERDO.
