Filet mignon, with garlic and salt. Roasted corn on the cob. Maybe some buttered, toasted bread.

I would order a Filet Mignon. Medium. So it's slightly pink in the center. Good steak cooks are hard to find. I would have a baked potato with it and I would use that to dip the steak in, with a side of fried sauteed mushrooms. I'd pass on the steak sauce since that takes away from the flavor of the meat.

Somebody needs to give you an answer besides "steak," which you've probably already figured out, so: vegetarians go to steak houses too, sometimes deliberately.
Most are probably just out with a group of omnivores, but I've never eaten meat -- and really like a good steak house. Well-done sides are, I think, what elevates it from 'good' to 'great' in most people's eyes, too.
So: potatoes in all conceivable forms.
Superior hollandaise, and possibly cheese and white wine sauces as well.
Asparagus.
Sautéed mushrooms. Preferably with the option to get them with green peppers and onions.
Spinach.
Artichokes.
Perhaps also a creatively marinated and broiled onion, roasted corn, carrots in butter and parsley, etc. But I'll go out of my way for a big plate of fresh, lightly steamed asparagus with top-notch hollandaise, a baked potato with an unstingy pile of sour cream, and mushrooms sautéed in not excessive butter.

The best steak for me is a "CAJUN" steak. When my friends and I started going out to eat, I was the only one who ordered it. Now every one of us do. Marty G.

Prime rib - well done, with horseradish sauce, Caesar salad, onion blossom appetizer, either garlic mashed potatoes or mashed potatoes with cheese and bacon, and cheesy garlic bread. To drink - I would try some new alcoholic drink that sounds exotic - maybe some kind martini or margarita. For dessert: a piece of decadent chocolate cake with a cup of coffee.

Grilled Rib-eye cooked medium/medium rare served along with a skewer of grilled garlic shrimp. Sides would be grilled silver queen corn on the cob, grilled asparagus or a loaded baker & fresh baked garlic bread. Salad would be optional. Served with a nice glass of wine & cheesecake for dessert!

Well, I'm not familiar with the Steakhouse chain, but THE KEG I would order a small ceasar salad with a flame broiled steak, medium rare. I would order a side of mashed taters and some veggies. Mmmm..
