How many woman have you had sexual relations with in the past six months? How many men have you had sexual relations with in the past six months?
You should notify ALL of them that you have likely exposed them to an STD (sexually transmitted disease). Doing anything else is immature, irresponsible and dangerous.

Your "other" date? Does this mean you are dating another girl too? Well buddy, that could be why you have the STD. But you must be honest and share your diagnosis with your girlfriend(s) so that you don't spread the disease. It will be difficult and you'll upset them, but it will be worse if you don't come clean.
