give your two week notice....and you give the reason..."I found another job"...NOW YOU KNOW THEY WILL ASK YOU..."where will you be working? (and you would rather not say)....so you politely say..."some property management company"...they say..."which one".....you again say..."oh just a property management company...they again ask you...'WELL WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE COMPANY?""""NOW YOU HAVE TOLD THEM POLITELY...."JUST A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CO,,,"///how can you stop them from asking? without being rude???

I wouldn't tell them i found another job. I just would have said i no longer felt effective at this job and was going to try my luck elsewhere. If you kept the new job information to your self at work they'd be none the wiser until after you left, and by then you'd be gone anyway.
