I know a girl of my age.I'm 19 'n' in love with her.She doesn't look at me that much.She doesn't care what i wear or do.She's so strict.How to attract her?

talk to her friends but ignore her. when she is around smile say hi but blow her off. then she will wonder why you don't talk to her. and in most case's if you have the same friend's she will start talking to you. but this doesn't always work. worst case is you make some new friends.

well go up to her and find out some of the stuff she likes and then ask her on a date. tell her how you feel and then maybe she might feel the same way and just not showing it yet

make her friends your friends and learn about her likes and dislikes..try to say Hi/Hello everytime you see her and always smile :-)
