and it shows that there are flights from cardiff to innsbruck from 23 dec - 7 apr Sat only with Thomson Ski, Crystal Ski or Inghams Ski

I don't think there are any direct flights, you could try finding ones changing at Vienna or Kranebitten then to Innsbruck
