They are particularly attractive when they go septic and apart from looking good you really can't beat the smell of rotting skin.

They are also an extremely good way of expressing your individualism, you can bathe in the knowledge that in getting one you are not jumping on the fashion bandwagon, along with the other 50% of the population that have piercings.

Also a good indicator of class, you can almost be sure someone with a pierced belly button is not a chav.

That's a matter of opinion. Some people think yes, some people think no. I think yes, but not on a flabby belly! If you have a nice toned belly, it can look super and you can get some lovely belly rings. Diamonds look good on dark or tanned skin. You can match them to your outfit. But they are a summer fashion. Girls exposing their bellies just to show their piercings look silly in the winter - unless at a party or club i suppose.

And at the end of the day, it's only a fashion. Rings can be removed and no harm done.

You can't help but get mixed responses on a question like this because people have different opinions, and here's mine. It doesn't look sexy at all. It's just an eyesore and distracts from the natural beauty of the person. It's a waste of money and doesn't even work sometimes, takes forever to heal, you can't go swimming, etc. It's just not a good idea.

First to say, it depends on how your figure and belly are, a flat belly is always adorable and a piercing on it will adds to it. I think u can have a piercing only if you have a perfect figure as a piercing would just add to it and in no sense sexy on its own.

personally i don't think so. i don't like piercing anyway really....but i think on the belly button is unattractive. do women ever stop to think about what their tummy will look like after having a kid? you can't keep in the piercing and when your back to normal your hole isn't aligned anymore so useless....not to mention, the majority of belly piercings i've seen are on chubbier girls who shouldn't be showing off tummy anyway. (i'm chubby so i can say that :p)

i think a woman looks sexy with a peirecied belly my girlfreind has hers peirced saying that she is as sexy just as much if she didnt have it done so if u thinking of haveing it done to inpress your man for example it doesnt matter if you have it peicred or not he or anyone should love you for what your are etc good sense of humour loveing careing is far more inportant then haveing your belly button peirced ,but if you want it done go for it good luck .

It all depends on the person's view. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. To me, personally I love to see a woman with a belly button ring, they are oober sexy to me.
